Cheese lover? Here are 5 diet-friendly ways you can eat your favorite food!

Golden, melted, toasted or by the block, Cheese is our all time favorite! But it’s not news that this food item is synonymous with being unhealthy or fatty. A common phenomenon these days is ordering your favorite dish at the restaurant and having to ask the waiter to hold back on the cheese, albeit unwillingly.

Despite all the negative press it has garnered, this ultimate dairy product remains a crowd favorite! If eaten in moderation, it can also be quite healthy for you. What with the enormous amounts of calcium, protein and vitamin D present in a single serving. Skip the processed cheese slices though, those are just bad news.
