- Begin by dicing the smoked salmon into smaller pieces and placing them in a bowl.
- Add half a lemon worth of lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add the finely chopped shallot to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread a layer of sour cream over the blinis and place a spoonful of your salmon mix on top.
- Add the garnish of your choice to complement the dish and make it absolutely unforgettable.

- Beginning with the tangy and spicy water, add 2 green chillies, ½ cup of coriander leaves, 3 cups of mint leaves to your mixer grinder.
- Add ½ tsp. cumin powder, 1 tsp. black salt, ½ tsp. pepper powder, 1 tsp. pani puri masala, salt and lemon juice.
- Grind the mixture until it is a smooth paste and add water as needed.
- Remove the paste in a bowl and add 3 cups of water, if need be you can add more water later.
- Strain the paste through a sieve to get rid of the lumpy parts, you now have your flavoured pani puri water.
- Keep this in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
- For the filling, you need to begin by boiling 2 potatoes and cutting them into cubes.
- Add ½ cup soaked moong, ½ cup soaked boondi, black salt and cumin seed powder to the potatoes.
- Mix this well and fill the puri with this mixture.
- Add tamarind chutney and the paani and serve.

- Spread butter on both sides of two sliced breads.
- Cut the bread into small crouton shaped pieces.
- Place the croutons in a bag or a bowl and pour cinnamon sugar over it.
- Shake or stir the mixture to coat each bread piece.
- Once coated arrange the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes then stir the bread pieces and bake it again.
- Remove the croutons and let them cool for a bit or serve while hot with some syrup for added effect.
