Healthy and tasty meals for your teenager

Pasta with no-cook tomato sauce
- 6 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper powder
- Pasta
- Fresh red pepper flakes
Baked pani puri
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- ½ cup of coriander leaves
- 3 cups of mint leaf
- ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ½ cup soaked moong
- ½ cup soaked boondi
- 1 tsp. black salt
- ½ tsp. pepper powder
- 1 tsp. pani puri masala
- Salt and lemon juice
- 2 boiled and diced potatoes
To prepare baked pani puri at home start by adding chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin powder, black salt, pepper powder, pani puri masala and salt and lemon juice to your grinder. Grind these items together and add water as required until it turns into a paste. Remove this paste into a bowl and add 3 cups of water. Let this mixture sit for a few hours, then strain the paste through a sieve to get rid of the lumpy parts. You now have your flavoured water. Next, mash the diced potatoes and add moong, boondi, black salt and cumin seed powder to the potatoes. Mix them well, fill a puri with this filling and pour your pre-prepared water on top for delicious homemade pani puri.
Veg. tomato and herb omelette
- 1 cup gram flour
- ¼ cup of rice flour
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- Chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp. red chilli powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
